The same old story of a kindo successful Wall Street chap who wants to stop being the bastard he's been all over the last years, and suddenly got surprised with a "new" life, just as usual, at least until the next Christmas.
Perhaps a bit depressing portrait of married life with, what else?, a happy ending. Quite much of a "christmas ghost dream" movie, good enough for a cloudy afternoon...
But not much else.
