Alright I'll admit it I've got a soft spot for Cage, and this movie while it is campy and formulaic does have redeeming value. Its sweet and for the most part the acting and storytelling in general feels heartfelt.
While I would have loved to see it go deeper I wont fault it for being warm and fuzzy.
