I love love love this movie. It's totally whimsical and twee and if you're not in the mood for that, well, you'll probably love it anyway. There's also a very dark undercurrent that balances it out like sour to sweet.
Pure childlike imagination on celluloid. Visually one of the most distinctive and impressive movies ever made and the story's pretty great too.
