John Eastland escapes from a Viet Cong POW camp and returns to NewYork, where a gang is terrorizing the city. After his former army buddy is attacked and left paralyzed he sets out to get revenge. A mob boss a Chicken pimp and other low life scum all feel the wrath of The Exterminator.
