A true exploitation feature in that the only consistency is the violence and sleaze, although this isn't as nasty as many say. The story is a bit slapdash as it jumps from scene to scene, and the performances are never once above average at best. Overall I did kind of like it though, it is quite well shot and entertaining enough for a watch, that also offers a great gritty look into early 80's New York life on the tough streets. It also manages to have certain scenes more like Hitman the video game than the actual Hitman movie did.
