About as entertaining as a movie like this can be. Brody and Whitaker are both electric on screen, perfectly embodying their roles. While the story won't surprise anyone, especially those familiar with the Stanford prison experiment that the film is (loosely) based on, it is very effective and never loses sight of what it's trying to tell us.
