Review of The Exorcist III (1990) by Vincent O — 24 Jan 2008
There was no better choice of director, for Blatty's sequel book called 'The Legion', than Blatty himself. A splendid effort and for three quarters of it's length pt 3 is an effective and very creepy horror (although the book is much more so).
Unfortnately there was pressure from the studio to deliver an unnecessary blood and thunder ending.
