Review of The Exorcist III (1990) by Pov N — 01 Feb 2008
A direct sequel (skipping Exorcist II) to The Exorcist written and directed by the original writer William Peter Blatty, based on his own novel Legion. Although this movie was re-cut by the studio and effects full end scenes tacked on at the end, it is still a clever movie, with some nice scares.
Brad Dourif once again shows he is one of the greatest character actors of all time. STANDOUT SCENE. Brilliant direction, rather than special effects produces one of the scariest scenes ever put on celluloid.
The long corridor, the nurse closes a door behind her, AND THEN... (every hair on your body will stand on its end!!!).
