Love is great. And I feel myself too small to have any comment on the theme of The English Patient. All I am left to say is that I pay respect. As for the film itself, although being slowly paced, it is by no means not a masterpiece.
Great music, superb characters, and grand cinematography. Made it a deserved Oscar winner.
