This movie was hilarious. By this point it was almost like self parody. Any time someone or a show makes fun of dirty Harry they most definetly get the jokes from this one. He rough's up many pimps, gives up his badge and fights a group called The People's Revolutionary Strike Force.
The 'Strike Force' were weak and not nearly villainous enough. Its fucking ridiculous. Also the music is reallll silly. It jazzy like the original one, but not as fitting somehow. Watch this if you really like Clint.
If not, you might not enjoy it all. This one was silly.
