Good thriller but not my favorite like dirty harry and magnum force were. The villains are not as good as scorpio from dirty harry or the 4 vigllante cops on magnum force. Tyne daly does well as the younger partner of dirty harrys and like the way he fills his new partner on how he doesnt like partners.
not a bad movie though.
