I like the interplay between Clint and a pre-"Cagney & Lacey" Tyne Daly in this film. It's probably the best of the Dirty Harry sequels, even if the plot (about militia group kidnapping the Mayor of San Francisco) is more than a little flimsy.
Superb Jerry Fielding jazz score.
