It really is a sort of letdown from the first two, but I think it's mainly due to the fact that the plot was a little too silly. Clint Eastwood really makes the movie, so if you're invested with his character it's still fun.

I think that most of the subplots in the film actually would've made for better stories, but it was interesting to see nonetheless.
