Review of The Enforcer (1976) by Jon R — 21 May 2010
Awesome action flick, but nothing compared to the two predecessors. I got annoyed by his female partner right on the spot, she was extremely forgettable. But, fortunately the main villain was a "hoot".
He was so over-the-top that I loved him. But still, rather watch Magnum Force any day.
