Enforcer is 3 films in the Dirty Harry series. Despite the fact that the sequel came out weaker than the original, 3 part returned to the original. The story clearly benefited from the appearance of the female character of the partner, Tyne Daily did not do well with her role.
In general, the film was shot at the level of the 2 part, clearly not reaching the original, but there is real cruelty here, which is not enough for modern films in this genre.
