"Harry, you're being taken off homicide and moved to personel.".
"Personel is for assholes.".
Here, Harry trains in a female partner. They go up against a gang of terrorists who kidnap the mayor. There are some great moments, such as Harry chasing down a black perp Casino Royale style, to the final battle of Alcatraz Island, to Harry requesting files within his own department. I recommend it.
