Review of The Endless (2017) by Richard D — 31 Oct 2018

Brothers who escaped a cult when they were younger return for a visit at the behest of the younger brother. They end up staying for a few days, and two things become clear ... what the elder brother has said were his reasons for fleeing are not true, and something very very wrong is going on.

I really didn't like this film. It reminded me of "Primer" in the sense that it's a very clever idea executed in a fundamentally alienating way. The characters in this film just don't feel like real people.
