Review of The Enchanted Cottage (1945) by Tim C — 09 Nov 2008
I thought this was sweet. I can say that the characters I can completely relate to because I've felt ugly and scared, both outside and in, but I liked how it connected Dorothy McGuire's and Robert Young's characters together.
The romance didn't need the "enchantment" aspect, like "the house is why we are in love" thing, but still, it's one of those hidden great romantic movies that you should see.
