Review of The Elephant Man (1980) by Benjamin M — 03 Aug 2009
Excellent film, one of David Lynch's best. A little creepy but with a warm undertone is one way I can describe The Elephant Man. From the first scene to the last, its story of a circus freak and outcast kept me trapped in it.
Definitely a heartfelt and beautiful story. The film deals with the acceptance of a person quite different from everyone else, quite relevant to our current society.
