'Tis true my form is something odd,.

But blaming me is blaming God;.

Could I create myself anew.

I would not fail in pleasing you.

If I could reach from pole to pole.

Or grasp the ocean with a span,.

I would be measured by the soul;.

The mind's the standard of the man.

â"poem used by Joseph Merrick to end his letters.

Was a great story to symbolize a lot, but could have been made a little better or more emotional...

Best dialogues.

1. I am not an elephant! I am not an animal! I am a human being! I am a man!

2. People are frightened by what they don't understand.

3. Never. Oh, never. Nothing will die. The stream flows, the wind blows, the cloud fleets, the heart beats. Nothing will die.
