Saw this on 3/7/15.
Easily this is the most meaningful movie that Mr Linch has ever made. What a makeup it was, the elephant man makeup is simply extraordinary. The film also benefits from a line of magnificent performances from all actors involved and Mr Linch has taken due interest in making all his actors give their natural best. John Hurt must be given applause for this performance, how he was able to act with all that makeup on was really a mystery. Anthony Hopkins was also great here.
