Review of The Edukators (2004) by Felice T — 21 Oct 2007
Well, it didn't start off as captivatingly as I'd hoped, but it turned right around about a third of the way through. It begins as a very melodramatic love story where you just know the girl will fall for her boyfriend's best friend - which is a plot so far removed from the initial revolutionary/anti-capitalist message it seemed to advertise, though it thankfully returns to its themes halfway through the film.
Great performances from a cool, young cast (all so very attractive), fantastic cinematography and sweet sounds. Well worth a look.
