Review of The Dunwich Horror (1970) by Niina D — 08 Mar 2009
It was enjoyable enough. I've heard that it is a very loose adaptation of HP Lovecraft's story. I thought that Dean Stockewell was great while Ed Begley was terrible. Nice over the top music score.
I'm glad that some of the special effects were to keep the monster out of sight as the budget would most likely make it look pretty cheesy. It's interesting to see Talia Shire, or Talia Coppola in an early role here.
