The only time the film really finds its stride is during the ridiculous car chase scenes (of which there are too many). The rest of the time is spent rehashing movie cliches and shamelessly infusing a bad TV show with current popular culture icons Sean William Scott, Johnny Knoxville, and Jessica Simpson.
