Review of The DUFF (2015) by Shartnado . — 24 Feb 2015
While not a bad film, The Duff suffers because this entire plot has been done before by the likes of She's All That and other (slightly better) films. It's not a terrible film, the two leads are really good and the side characters, most notably the faculty members of the High School, are extremely entertaining, but the film suffers because this feels like ground we've all treaded before.
Its not terrible, there's just nothing that really stands out about it. And that hurts it more than anything else.
