Review of The Drop (2006) by Jack W — 23 Sep 2014
This film does what its supposed to do, entertain you. Tom Hardy gives yet another good performance as Bob, a man 'they never see coming". Noomi Rapace is good as always and its great seeing Gandolfini one last time.
Still, the film lacks that resonance. After watching it I felt it would immediately be a film I entirely forget about six months from now. But hey, at least its getting that six months, most don't these days.
