Review of The Drop (2006) by Spencer K — 17 Aug 2015
Good crime flick. Tom Hardy does a pretty good job at playing a local Brooklyn bartender, who works for his shady cousin played brilliantly by James Gandolfini, that is also run by the Chechen mob. Noomi Rapace also does a fine job playing the local Brooklyn girl that Tom Hardy finds the dog who he names Rocco in her garbage bin after her former thug boyfriend beat and threw in the garbage can.
This film is definitely worth to check out for all Tom Hardy and Gandolfini fans as it is one of the most impressive crime drama's to come out this year.
