Funny enough at first to surpass the quirk factor of the setting and characters. Takes a left turn about half-way through and becomes a kitchen-sink movie. Costume competitions? Arg flop sacrifice? Death by fabric? Preposterous, tedious, and pointless ending to a promising film start.
