Review of The Double Life of Véronique (1991) by Scott D — 26 Feb 2008
AMAZING cinematography, distinct visual style, and harrowing soundtrack culminate into a film that has impacted SO many other films in years to come (i.e. "Amelie," "Being John Malkovich," "Mulhollad Drive," etc.
). Haven't seen a film this mysterious and haunting since "Picnic at Hanging Rock.".
