Tough to figure out without reading the description here, which kind of oversimplifies. I'm also not sure why Harvey Weinstein demanded an "alternate ending" that consisted of nothing more than about 15 extra seconds of Veronique and her father.
Unless you're offended by periods of nakedness, an interesting thing to watch.
