Review of The Doors (1991) by Simon W — 24 Aug 2009
This is the only way this movie could be done and it was the way Oliver Stone had the insight to do it; Jagged, self-important, pretentious and always somewhere between waking life and an acid fuelled dream.
Val Kilmer is fantastic as Jim Morrison and it has some of the most convincing and awe inspiring Rock Concert scenes ever.
