Review of The Dogs of War (1980) by Private U — 19 Sep 2007
Walken's face close up portrays more realism as a bit of a hard man than his dancing along in a boiler suit in the wide shots, but nevertheless an enjoyable African coup merc caper. I always thought this film had a bit of a rep for it's hard as nails violence but by today's standard's it's more Ronnie Corbett than Ronnie Kray.
