Review of The Divine Enforcer (1992) by Mr D — 21 Jul 2013
A man posing as a priest comes to a tough LA parish and brutally spreads the Good Word to strip club operators, drug dealers, and a serial killer. Great premise is hampered by poor production values and subpar serial killer storyline.
Serial killer role has to be a low point for Don Stroud, normally a fine character actor. Jan Michael Vincent doesn't quite look comfortable in his clergy attire but he basically is only asked to read the newspaper in a few scenes despite top billing.
