This is like watching a Father Ted Christmas special on Acid. A Priest turns up from out of nowhere and starts erasing the scum from the streets. It also contains the greatest cast ever assembled Jim Brown, Robert Z' Dar, Jan-Michael Vincent and Frank Poncherello from CHiPs, but it is one man who steals every single scene.
That man is Mr. Don Stroud, who takes the balls to a whole new level. This sick fuck of a serial killer uses a human skull to eat his corn flakes.
