Review of The Dish (2000) by Dave A — 19 May 2008
One of the better films I've seen in sometime, this is a gently made Australian film that tells the story of the satellite dish used to broadcast transmissions from the Apollo 11 moon landing. Probably best described as a comedy where the gags are more subtle Australian humour as opposed to a laugh a minute romp, it's well worth a watch and anyone who doesn't like it would seemingly have something wrong with them.
