I'm surprised at the luke warm ratings, but I loved this duo of movies. I found Jessica Chastain and, my imaginary boyfriend, James McAvoy's performances to be touching and heart wrenching. All in all highly recommended, but I suppose, as they are not what one would call exciting or amusing, they really aren't for everyone.
They are, however, excellent for anyone who likes a good character study.
