Review of The Dirty Dozen (1967) by Sean N — 15 May 2010
There's too much of a Hollywood thing going on here. This movie is edgy but doesn't push forward as much as it should and there are times where scenes drag for no good reason. The fun part is watching what is definitely the main inspiration for Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds and also the excellent ensemble cast including Cassavetes and Bronson.
