The Dictator, as a movie, isn't much, but it passed the time pretty well and made me laugh out loud all throughout, even if those laughs were for stupid stuff. One part of me felt like I was rewatching a not as good version of Borat though, but I admired the outrageous nature of some scenes, like the scene where a girl was beating the shit out of Aladeen with her humongous breasts.
..in slow motion. Just a decent comedy overall.
