Most of the critics were cruel with The Dictator, this movie was funny maybe not as funny as Borat but worth watching twice. Yes it was funny enough to watch it again. A good cast, funny script, and enjoyable funny lines, it was not hard to like.
I definitely recommend adding to your library if you like sexual cheesy jokes.
