This is a great film about teenage sexuality and the desire to just be loved. All the performances are great and you really feel the 70's vibe. The minor flaw in the film is the desire to add the dream like elements in animation, it just seemed unnecessary.
Overall this isn't enough to hurt the films quality all that much.
