Review of The Devil's Own (1997) by David J — 19 Jul 2009
This movie meanders all over the place and is too "picturesque" or cliche.....sort of like Pitt's accent in the film....actually that is pretty much the only thing I thought about all the way through: how Brad Pitt's messy accent was the perfect illustration for how the movie was messy and sort of just drifted all over.
...oh, I also had one other thought: wow, look! there's Julia Stiles, she's really young, whatever happened to her?
