This film is a powerful profile of the madness that comes from absolute power. the performances are stellar, the directing superb, the sets amazing and the story compelling. the special features are excellent, with an interview of the real devil's double.

the violence is sometimes graphic and necessary to the story, but also measured, making this an important film that leaves you in awe of what can happen when absolute power corrupts absolutely.
