An independent film about Saddam Hussain's son and his body double. Apart from 2 or 3 scenes this film is utter nonsense and a boring tale. The film is too long and weak to carry a small subject with little action other than a Scarface injected minute now and then.
It tries to be slick, entertaining and witty but for me it fell short again and again.
