A true story of Latif Yahia a man who was chosen to pose as a doppelganger of Saddams wild and crazy son Uday. A pretty uneven affair from a interesting premise. Cooper does a decent work in a double role but overall this doesn't rise to the level in which you should spend two hours watching it.
