They don't get more over hyped and over rated than this one. It's "ok" but somebody had to pay off some of these reviewers because they're way overboard!
It's not remotely scary. The characters are braindead and irresponsible. The ending is about as cliche and corny as it gets. The plot holes look like a slice of Swiss cheese. There's so much to laugh at.
The most impressive thing was some warlock in Hollywood making Ethan Embry look like he can grow hair again! Too bad they couldn't get him in a bathtub.
It's not the worst movie, and I'm fine with seeing it once, but as a horror fan, I'm totally let down. All hype and not much of a delivery.
If you think watching A possessed Dom Deluise look alike in a track suit stalking a house full of morons, sounds awesome. This is your movie.
If you want a dark, evil, movie about Satan, that makes you unnerved and afraid, like all the horse crap reviewers stated this was... be prepared to be let down.
