Review of The Devil's Advocate (1997) by Fenky G — 15 Oct 2012
Everybody's figured, the most boring-est film would be the good vs. bad and in the end, good overruled the bad. This film has that message in its climax, but then, again, it is classic (since it was on 1997).
However, the package of the message is very distinctive from the message itself, so basically it is a good distraction, and a movie with a good distraction is pretty much enjoyable. The acting was awesome, never doubted Al Pacino and I already liked how Reeves played Constantine.
A little quite happy twist in the end was a little bit disappointing, but hey, the thriller's fine and it's good. It is not a stupid movie if you asked me.
