Review of The Devil and Daniel Johnston (2006) by Tom S — 21 Aug 2008
After a complete nervous breakdown in NYC, Daniel was sent home by bus to his parents home in I believe Virgina. A wave of relief came over his friends (Sonic Youth) in the city to finally get rid of him.
Two days later, they get a flyer handed to them and Daniel is opening up for Firehouse at CBGB's. That scene is worth renting this movie.
