Terrific film. I loved the screenwriting in the film and how each character isn't merely stereotyped, but they each have a persona and reason for being in the film, which elevates the narrative. I think the film is about a father attempting to find his conscience without voluntarily seeking it, so the films sorta drags you along his path.
it was well-made and I adore the hawaiian aura of the film.
