The Descendants is another great entry into Alexander Payne's filmography. Blending comedy and drama, The Descendants is one of those movies you just can't help but sit back, relax, and enjoy (the beautiful soundtrack/score doesn't hurt either).
George Clooney turns in his most mature performance to date, perfectly working off of the film's breakout star Shailene Woodley who is just spectacular as his teenage daughter.
