Review of The Descendants (2011) by Borhan K — 03 Jul 2014
A novel like drama about a father that lives with his 2 daughters on the Islands of Hawaii.
He has come back because his wife had a boating accident and is in a coma and is not waking up anytime soon.
Although this movie had a sad storyline the scenery of this movie was breath taking water soo blue and clear and had a real Island feel to it.
George Clooney really only has one expression on his face and does not change it for the entire length of the movie.
The supporting cast around really do a good enough job for the film.
If you expect the film to have any crescendo moment it does not it goes for 2 hours a constant flat line.
Although the Movie is PG I would highly recommend kids watching this with parental guidance due to the main subject matter of the film is very adult oriented.
